Blocking of tumor cell lysis.

Tumor cell lysis by Sp17 recombinant protein-primed CTLs derived from patient 1 could be blocked by autologous Sp17⁺ LCLs but not Sp17⁻ LCL (LCL/tumor cell ratio, 40:1), confirming the specificity of the tumor cell kill. The E/T ratio was 20:1. Results are expressed as mean ± SD. Figure represents 1 of 2 similar results obtained in 2 separate experiments.
