Target cell killing with EBV-transformed autologous LCLs.

When Sp17-specific CTLs from patient 1 were used as effector cells against autologous LCLs pulsed with Sp17 recombinant protein, target lysis was observed in LCLs pulsed with the recombinant protein and not those without the recombinant protein (E/T ratio, 20:1). Results are expressed as mean ± SD.
