Successful generation of Sp17-specific CTLs from PBMCs of patients with MM.

Sp17-specific CTLs lysed autologous DC pulsed with Sp17 recombinant protein but not the control target cells. Target cell lysis was HLA class I dependent and could be blocked by a monoclonal antibody directed at monomorphic HLA class I molecules but not HLA class II molecules (E/T ratio, 20:1). Results are expressed as mean ± SD. Figure represents 1 of 2 similar results obtained in 2 separate experiments.
