Chemokine and chemokine receptor expression by RT-PCR.

Ly5.2⁺CD8α⁺Ia⁺ DCs from naive Ly5.2 B6 mice (lane 1), Ly5.2⁺CD8α⁺Ia⁺ DCs from Ly5.2⁺CD8α⁺CD11c⁻Lin⁻precursor–reconstituted Ly5.1 B6 mice (lane 2), and CD8α⁺CD11c⁻Lin⁻ cells from Ly5.2 B6 mice (lane 3) were purified as described in “Materials and methods.” Total RNAs were extracted from 2 × 10⁵indicated cells by using RNAzolB. RT-PCR was assessed as described in “Materials and methods.” The results are representative of 3 independent experiments.
