In vivo antileukemic effect of CTLs monitored in peripheral blood.

Mice were inoculated with SK (left panels) or OF (right panels) leukemia cells, and absolute LCCs in peripheral blood were determined. When leukemic cells were observed, 3 doses of anti-SK CTLs, anti-OF CTLs, or control injections were administered with a 7-day interval (time points indicated by arrows).
