Total viable (trypan blue-excluding) cells were measured at the times shown in serum-free cultures initiated with 1 to 5 × 10⁴p210-transduced (triangles) or MIG-transduced (squares) (GFP⁺) CD34⁺ CB cells and containing FL, SF, IL-3, IL-6, and G-CSF either with (open symbols) or without (solid symbols) 0.25 μmol STI 571.
