F-acting expression and distribution in HUVECs undergoing tube formation on Matrigel.

HUVECs (10 × 10³) incubated on Matrigel-coated glass chamber slides at 37°C for 1, 2, 4, and 16 hours were stained with phalloidin–FITC and were photographed under confocal microscopy (original magnification, ×60 at all time points except ×20 at 16-hour time point).
