Cell surface expression of EphB4 in UBC CD34⁺ cells by retroviral transduction.

UBC CD34⁺ cells were purified by an immunomagnetic separation system and transduced with MSCV-EphB4 (right) or MSCV-GFP vector (left). EphB4 ligand, ephrinB2, was conjugated with APC and was used to detect the cell surface expression of EphB4 receptor by FACS for ephrinB2 binding on CD34⁺GFP⁺ cells.
