The primed cells were then treated with photodynamic cell purging process. After treatment, 5 million primed cells together with 1 × 107T-cell–depleted bone marrow cells from C57BL/6 mice were infused into lethally irradiated BALB/c mice (same party, 8.5 Gy) which were previously inoculated with BCL1 cells. The data were pooled from 2 independent experiments. Each group contained 5 to 10 animals. (A) Survival. (B) Body weight.
