Specific cytotoxicity of the CD4⁺ CTLs was inhibited by CMA and EGTA. CD4⁺ T-cell lines were tested in chromium release assays for specific cytotoxicity in the presence of CMA (panel A), BFA (panel B), or EGTA (panel C).
