A minority of Δ(1-63) bcr/abl mice develop T-ALL.

(A) FACS analysis of peripheral blood from a representative healthy Δ(1-63) bcr/abl mouse at day 97 after BMT. The WBC count was 20 × 10⁶ cells/mL, which is similar to the MigR1 controls. (B) FACS analysis of thymus from an ill Δ(1-63) bcr/abl mouse (no. 1). The WBC count is normal. The thymic tumor cells were GFP⁺CD4⁺CD8⁺.
