On the eighth day of culture, adherent cells were harvested and analyzed by flow cytometry using the antibodies against endothelial cell markers, VE-cadherin, Flk-1, ICAM-2, and FITC-labeled secondary antibodies. Wild-type AGM culture without M-CSF was used as a control. Note that the expression of the endothelial cell markers in op/op AGM culture was restored to the level in wild-type AGM culture by the addition of M-CSF.
