UT-7/9 cells expressing high level of BCR-ABL display increased susceptibility to dNK cytolysis.

(A) Cytotoxic activity (4-hour ⁵¹Cr release assay) of dNK cells toward UT-7, UT-7/E8.1, UT-7/G6, and UT-7/9 cells was measured for the indicated effector-target (E/T) ratio.
