Effect of Arovit and vitamin A on the growth of K-562 cells.

(A) K-562 cells were plated at 300 000 cells/mL and incubated with or without different Arovit or vitamin A amounts. At the reported time intervals, the cell number was determined. The data shown represent the mean of 3 independent experiments, each performed in duplicate. (B) Morphologic appearance of K-562 incubated for 48 hours with (i) or without (ii) 80 μM vitamin A.
