Expression of TNF-α mRNA was examined in the lungs at the indicated time points after ET (5 mg/kg) administration. Chemiluminograms of typical expression of TNF-α mRNA (1.6 kb) from 4 determinations (A) and ethidium bromide staining of 28S ribosomal RNAs (3 μg of total RNA per each lane) (B) at each time point are shown.
