IL-10 is produced by CD4⁺ cells isolated from anergizing MLR cultures.

(A) After the indicated time intervals of rechallenge in secondary MLR cultures, CD4⁺ and CD14⁺ cells were isolated by positive selection and examined for expression of IL-10 mRNA by RT-PCR. “Anerg” and “Prim” denote the culture conditions of primary MLR cultures.
