Size of anti-PECAM/SA conjugates.

(A-E) Rhodamine-labeled anti-PECAM/SA conjugates were prepared at molar ratios of 1:2 (A), 1:1 (B), 2:1 (C), 4:1 (D), and 8:1 (E) of biotinylated anti–PECAM-1 antibody to rhodamine-SA and were visualized by fluorescence microscopy.
