Platelet PLC-γ2 mRNA levels in the patient and healthy subjects.
Platelet RNA from the patient (P) and healthy subjects (H) was subjected to RT-PCR in the presence of 32P-dCTPs using primers for PLC-γ2 corresponding to 3208 nt to 3229 nt (forward) and 3621 nt to 3642 nt (reverse), and for β-actin as described in “Patient, materials, and methods.” The products were subjected to gel electrophoresis, transferred to membrane, and analyzed by phosphorimaging.
