(C) SCF production measured by ELISA in culture supernatants of TF-1 cells at time 0 (cells starved of IL-3 for 24 hours) or exposed for 2, 6, or 24 hours to either CMo (gray bars) or BMo (black bars). Estimated values of the cytokine content in the culture supernatants were the result of cytokine accumulation after 2, 6, and 24 hours after the addition of the viruses.
