OxPAPC up-regulates TF activity and protein in HUVECs.

HUVECs were stimulated with 125 μg/mL OxPAPC for indicated time periods (A) or treated for 6 hours with the indicated concentrations of OxPAPC (B). TF activity was determined by clotting assay and the level of TF protein expression was analyzed by Western blotting.
