The 293T cells were cotransfected with plasmid pSVHVWF1 encoding normal VWF (3 μg) and 6 μg plasmid corresponding to each of the indicated constructs. VWF concentrations in conditioned medium (A) and cell lysate (B) were determined by ELISA and expressed as a percentage normalized to the values for control cells cotransfected with pSVHVWF1 and vector plasmid.
