In group 5, tumors grew transiently but decreased afterward, whereas in other groups tumors grew progressively. In groups 2 and 3, tumors grew progressively after 30 days. These data represent the mean tumor area for 5 mice per group. Standard deviations were less than 15%. This experiment was performed 3 times, with comparable data obtained in each experiment.
