Comparative biodistributions of radioactivity in the blood, tumors, and normal organs.

Ramos xenograft-bearing nude mice were injected with either directly labeled ¹¹¹In-1F5 antibody (A), pretargeted 1F5-SA conjugate followed by CA and ¹¹¹In-DOTA-biotin (B), or a pretargeted nonspecific control conjugate NR-LU-10-SA followed by CA and ¹¹¹In-DOTA-biotin (C). Groups of 5 mice were euthanized at 24 (□) and 48 hours (■) after injection of the radiolabeled species and the radioactivity in blood, tumor, and normal organs was quantified by gamma counting and expressed as the percent of the injected dose of radioactivity present per gram of tissue.
