In vitro T-cell mitogen responses of MNCs from G-CSF–mobilized (n = 75) or nonmobilized steady-state (n = 28) donor blood stem cell harvests.

MNCs were cultured in vitro in the presence of 2.5 μg/mL mitogens and incubated for 72 hours. The proliferative response of the cells was measured by means of a ³H-thymidine uptake assay.
