(B) Proteins in fractions corresponding to lipid rafts and soluble membranes were resolved by SDS-PAGE, and proteins cross-linked to 125I-labeled–IL-2 were visualized by autoradiography. Bands corresponding to125I–IL-2 cross-linked to IL-2Rα, IL-2Rβ, and IL-2Rγ are indicated.
