Jnks are constitutively phosphorylated in MIHC expressing D816V c-Kit, but Akt is not.

(A) Akt is not activated in MIHC-D816V cells. Indicated cells were incubated in the presence or absence of huSCF for 10 minutes and lysed. Equivalent amounts of protein from the clarified lysates were resolved with SDS-PAGE, transferred to Immobilon, and immunoblotted (IB) with antisera specific for either phosphorylated or total Akt. Proteins were visualized with ECL. (B) Jnks are constitutively activated in MIHC-D816V cells.
