Effect of Der p 1 on TNFα, IL-1β, and IL-6 production by DCs.

Monocyte-derived DCs from house dust mite–sensitive patients (A-C) and from healthy donors (D-F) were incubated with Der p 1 or with ProDer p 1 for 6, 24, or 48 hours.
