Kinetics of A20HA tumor growth in reconstituted BM chimeras.

H-2^dxb F1 mice were lethally irradiated (1000 rads) and received a graft consisting of 4 × 10⁶ BM cells from either BALB/cSCID (H-2^d, ▪) or C57B6/SCID (H-2^b, ○) donors. Three months after BM reconstitution, either group of chimeric mice received 1 × 10⁶CD4⁺ TCR transgenic T cells (H-2^dxb) specific for HA/IE^d intravenously (IV). One day later (day zero) all the animals were challenged IV with 1 × 10⁶ A20HA tumor cells and they were inspected twice weekly for the development of tumors. Ten mice were included in each group.
