Reappearance of the MHC class I complexes at the cell surface after treatment with low pH buffer: effect of TNF-α.

Aliquots of cells cultured in standard medium with (▪) or without (○) TNF-α were treated with low pH buffer, washed, and cultured at 37°C for the indicated periods of time. For each time point, the amount of MHC class I complexes at the cell surface was calculated as percentage relative to the level of MHC class I detected before treatment with low pH buffer.
