C57BL/6 (Ly-5.2) T-cell– and mature B-cell–depleted BM cells (25 × 106) were injected intravenously into lethally irradiated Ly-5.1 recipient mice. Thymocytes were harvested from Ly-5.1 recipient mice at indicated days after transfer, stained for Ly-5.2 plus other markers, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
