MCL1 transgenic mice demonstrate a spectrum of lymphoma subtypes.

Lymphoma specimens from mice exhibiting disseminated disease were fixed in 10% buffered formalin, sectioned with a microtome (4- to 5-μm sections), and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (hematoxylin 2 and eosin progressive staining system, Richard Allan Scientific, Kalamazoo, MI). The lymphoma shown in panel A was photographed at a magnification of × 40 and those in panels B and C at a magnification of × 500. (A) Follicular lymphoma. (B) Diffuse large-cell lymphoma.
