Total cellular lysates (20 μg) from cells unstimulated or stimulated with SCF (40 ng/mL) for the times indicated were examined by Western blot analysis. The upper panels show the MAP kinase phosphorylation recognized by the antibody against phosphorylated ERK-1 and ERK-2. The same blots were stripped and reprobed with the antibody reactive with both ERK-1 and ERK-2, as shown in the lower panels.
