On heteroduplex analysis, 2 major clonal products (Vβ1-Cβ and Vβ7-Cβ) belonging to the dominant clone were observed in addition to several weaker clonal Vβ-Cβ products. These latter products represented rearranged alleles of small subclones that were not identified with flow cytometric Vβ analysis.
