Incorporation of BrdU by the CD34⁺Ho^low/Rho^Low cells after prolonged BrdU administration.

Open circles represent data obtained from baboon PA6588, while closed squares with the “X” indicate data obtained from baboon PA6589, and open triangles represent the data from PA6644. CD34⁺Ho^Low/Rho^Low cells were isolated flow-cytometrically and analyzed for BrdU incorporation by means of anti-BrdU/PI staining. The percentage of BrdU⁺cells is plotted against the number of weeks of BrdU ingestion, at the end of which time BM aspirates were obtained.
