PU.1^−/−NK cells are able to lyse tumor cells in vitro.

Splenic CD3⁻NK1.1⁺ NK cells were purified by sorting and were used as effectors in a classical ⁵¹Cr release assay versus YAC-1 thymoma cells. There was no significant difference in the lytic capacity of splenic NK cells purified fromPU.1^−/− (○) or WT (●) chimeras. Data from 2 separate experiments are shown.
