Left: Analysis of Ly-5.1 expression by Lin⁻ marrow cells of Ly-5.2 primary recipients that had transplantation with Lin⁻c-kit⁺Sca-1⁺CD38⁻CD34⁺cells of Ly-5.1 5-FU–treated mice. Dotted and solid lines represent cells stained with isotype-matched Ig and Ly-5.1–specific antibody, respectively.
