¹²⁵I-Tf binding studies were performed at 4°C on intact cells. Tf binding to CCRF-CEM and HL60 cells is expressed relative to C282Y cells. Values shown represent the means ± SE (n = 3-4 separate binding studies, each performed in duplicate).
