Effect of TFPI/Xa on TF-specific VIIa degradation in BHK(TF), BHK(TF_Δcyto), and BHK(TF_C245S) cells.

Confluent monolayers of BHK(TF) (A), BHK(TF_Δcyto) (B), or BHK(TF_C245S) (C) cells were incubated with 10 nM¹²⁵I-VIIa for 1 hour in the absence (▪) or presence (■) of 10 nM TFPI/Xa, and the degradation of VIIa was determined as described in “Materials and methods.” Data are the mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments in triplicate.
