X-ray prior to BMT (left panel) shows diffuse sclerosis of the femora and ileum along with Erlenmeyer flask deformity (metaphyseal widening) of the distal femora. One year following BMT (right panel), x-ray shows complete resolution of sclerosis and metaphyseal widening.
