Differential expression of CCR1 and CCR5 on monocytes, T_H1 cells, and memory T cells.

RNA was extracted from monocytes, T_H1-like cells (clone 305), or purified CD45RO⁺CD4⁺ T cells and subjected to RT-PCR. PCR products were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis with positive control. Complementary DNA (cDNA) for CCR1-5 was provided in the CytoXpress Multiplex-PCR kit.
