Annexin V kinetics of AP1903/Fas-induced apoptosis. / LV′VFas-transduced primary human T lymphocytes were incubated with 10 nM AP1903, and aliquots of cells were stained with annexin V after 1, 2, 6, and 24 hours. As a control, cells were stained at the beginning of the treatment (0 hour) and after 24 hours in the absence of drug. Cells were analyzed by the use of flow cytometry, and the annexin V staining profile is shown. Percentages of annexin-V–positive (apoptotic) cells are indicated.
