Maturation and transduction of monocyte-derived DCs.

(A) On day 18 the cells had the typical phenotype of mature DCs with high expression levels of HLA-DR, expression of CD80 and CD83, but loss of expression of the monocyte-macrophage marker CD14. (B) Transduction efficiency of DCs infected on day 3 with the oncoretroviral vector MPSV-NTP or the lentiviral vector pHR'NTP at an MOI of 20.
