Lineage analysis for lymphoid (CD19) and myeloid (CD15/33) cells showed similar high-level transduction efficiencies in both lineages (ie, 91% expressing GFP in the lymphoid lineage and 93% in the myeloid lineage). All the human CFU-GM colonies derived from this mouse expressed the transgene.
