MM cells from patient 1 (A) and patient 2 (B) were cultured with control media (■) or with 0.1 μmol/L (▧), 1.0 μmol/L ([▤), 10 μmol/L (▨), and 100 μmol/L (▪) Thal, IMiD1, IMiD2, or IMiD3.
