(C) MM.1S cells were cultured with increasing concentrations (12.5-100 μM) of SelCID1 (♦), SelCID2 (▪), SelCID3 (▴), and SelCID4 (●). In each case 3H-TdR uptake (left panels) or MTT cleavage (right panels) were measured during the last 8 and 4 hours, respectively, of 48-hour cultures.
