Two groups of 4 BALB/c mice were injected intravenously with¹¹¹In-Plat and 90 minutes later with saline (control) or Ab. At 3, 24, and 48 hours after Ab administration the animals were bled and both the radioactivity (panel A) and peripheral platelet count (panel B) were determined.
