(A) Cell surface expression of PR3 on unstimulated PMNs incubated with supernatant from autologous degranulated PMNs (FACScan analysis). The bold curve represents expression of PR3 after incubation; the thin curve represents expression before incubation. (B) PR3 (29 kd) was easily detected in this supernatant by immunoblotting. Similar results were obtained for 3 individual experiments.
