Effect of blocking antibodies after 5 hours of TNF-α stimulation.

HDMECs were stimulated by TNF-α at 5 ng/mL for 5 hours. Stimulated HDMECs were preincubated with anti-CD36 (OKM5) and anti–ICAM-1 (84H10) at 10 μg/mL for 30 minutes at 37°C before the infusion of IRBCs. Results are the mean ± SEM of 5 parasite isolates studied. (A) Effect of blocking antibodies on the rolling of IRBCs on stimulated HDMECs.
