Analysis of Crkl SH2-binding proteins.

Western extracts were diluted and incubated with GST-Crkl SH2. Binding proteins were resolved on SDS-PAA gels, Western blotted, and reacted with the antibodies indicated below each panel. Lysates included those of lymphomas of animal nos. 4909 and 4690 (Bcr/Abl p190 del C no. 4208 line), lanes 1 and 2; involved pooled lymph nodes of animal no. 5085 (Bcr/Abl p190 del C 4243 line), lanes 3; and control nonmutated p190 Bcr/Abl, lane 4.
