Platelets in plasma (PRP) anticoagulated with citrate were treated either with 2 μmol/L ADP (A), 50 μg D3 (B), 50 μg D3 for 2 minutes prior to stirring then 2 μmol/L ADP (C), or 50 μg D3 and 2 μmol/L ADP for 2 minutes prior to stirring (D).
